corporate partners by means of financial sponsorship, in-kind donation as well
as volunteer support. You are cordially invited to be our partner to help more
children with congenital heart disease and their families. Also, collaboration
proposals can be tailor-made according to the preference and objectives of the supporting

| DonationYour company can make a direct donation in the name of a group, or your staff can make their own direct donations to the CHF.

| Corporate Donation ProjectSome CHF projects, such as Medical Financial Support Scheme, Heart Valve Replacement Programme and the operation of the House of the Heart etc, need continuous support to sustain its service to the needy. Your company can sponsor specific projects to make a difference to children with congenital heart disease and their families.

| Name CHF as the beneficiary of a charitable eventWe encourage corporate partners to organize different forms of fund-raising events and choose the CHF as the beneficiary, not only to raise fund for children with congenital heart disease but also promote the CHF’s charitable work and raise public awareness about congenital heart disease and heart health. CHF materials such as leaflet, poster and donation box, would be provided for promotion and money collection.
Companies are also welcome to donate to the CHF in lieu of gifts to staff or guests in occasions, such as shop openings, annual events or anniversary dinners, reminding them the joy of being able to help those in need. | 
| Programme SponsorshipTo enhance the physical and psychological development of children with congenital heart disease to empower them facing the challenges, various educational and developmental programme designed by CHF social workers would be organized for our children every year. We look forward to working with corporate partners not only receiving their sponsorship but also joining hands with their staff and/or volunteer team to help the children with heart disease directly.

| CHF Donation Box PlacementWe welcome corporations and organizations to place donation boxes at shops, outlets, restaurants, office, school or any private premises to collect donation. By putting together the generous donations from the public, we are able to extend our help to more children with congenital heart disease.

| Promote the CHF To raise public awareness on congenital heart disease is one of our missions. Companies and organizations can help promote the CHF through websites, publications, insertion and e-Direct Mailing etc. By reduceing the CHF’s promotional expenses, it means we can channel more funds to directly help children with congenital heart disease.
