We will post it to your address asap! Friends of CHF To help children suffering from congenital heart diseases, you don’t need to be a millionaire. You only need to have a heart, enthusiasm and a little time. Please join us as “Friends of CHF”. Volunteers are our precious resource. “Friends of CHF” volunteer reward scheme To acknowledge the contribution of our volunteers, we have a reward scheme. 1. Silver volunteer reward certificate - for volunteers who take part in any services of CHF from 1/1 to 31/12 for more than 25 hours. 2. Gold volunteer reward certificate - for volunteers who take part in any services of CHF from 1/1 to 31/12 for more than 35 hours. Volunteer reward certificate presentation will be held at the CHF annual general meeting.
Volunteer Movement, SWD We would like to help “Friends of CHF” to register with the Volunteer Movement Scheme organized by the Social Welfare Department at the same time. CHF could nominate some outstanding “Friends of CHF” who will receive the official certificate (200 hours—gold certificate; 100 hours—silver certificate; 50 hours—bronze certificate) from the Social Welfare Department.
