- Purchase of Volumetric Infusion Pumps and Transport Incubator for Grantham Hospital.
- Children's Heart Health Campaign launched and it focused on primary and secondary schools in Central and Western districts. Doctors from the Paediatric Cardiac Unit at Grantham Hospital speak to the children about congenital heart disease and discuss the display panels mounted at the exhibition that accompanied the talks.
- 6th Heart-to-Heart Charity Walk with guests of honour Mrs. Carrie Yau, Permanent Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food and Mr. Peter Sullivan, CEO of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd.

- Launched the 1st Academic Improvement Award Scheme. The award aimed to recognize and reward students who achieve academic improvement and show outstanding effort and improvement throughout the school year.
- Appointment of Children's Heart Foundation Ambassador: Ms. Ella Koon.
- 7th Heart-to-Heart Charity Walk held at the Happy Valley Race Course, which promoted the benefits of regular exercise and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The Hon. Patron Selina Chow, CHF Ambassador, Miss Ella Koon, Miss Casey Tse, Miss Monie Tung and Pak Ho Chau all actively participated in the walk. Almost 3000 people joined this fun event.

- To ensure comprehensive support for parents, the HOH had extended its hours of operation from 24 hours a day, six days a week to seven days a week including Sunday and public holiday. We hope that this will enhance our services for families in need.
- The CHF Ladies Luncheon's theme "The Global Heart-beat" has highlighted the cause everyone embraced: to help children with congenital heart disease and their families. Guest of Honour Mrs. Anson Chan, Legislative Councilor, together with 160 guests from the professional and expatriate women in the community shown up to support the children with heart defect.
