The Children's Heart Foundation has been organizing annual fundraising events on the theme of heart health and exercise since 2000. The aim of the event is to encourage participants to take action to support the growth of children with congenital heart disease (CHD) and to raise awareness of heart health in the community.
This year's event is called "Heart to Heart Charity Sports Day", as a mini-games, the event will bring you a weekend of love and laughter with sports experiences, booths & workshop and stage performances.
