Information for Participants
1. Participants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult
2. Severe Weather Arrangements:
-The event will be cancelled if a black rainstorm signal or a tropical cyclone signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 3 hours before the event day begins. An announcement will be posted on the CHF website.
3. The event will be cancelled due to below conditions in which donations are not refundable. You are encouraged to keep processing your donation to support the children with congenital heart disease
- Adjustments will be made according to the government's epidemic prevention regulations, and all provisions are subject to the government's announcement.

4. Any personal data collected will be used for the CHF Charity Sports Day only. All data will be kept confidential
5. Children’s Heart Foundation has the sole discretion to determine any disputes
